About me
I found great joy in discovering ways to help others who truly love their jobs! Throughout my entire life, I have always had a strong passion for leadership and personal growth.
I have worked in management and human resources for over 25 years. Within my career, I have worked with ranging from small to large companies in retail, communication, technology, finance and non-profits.
I achieved my Masters in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and have my SHRM-SCP certification. Due to my love for learning and development, I have received multiple certifications in leadership development, management and supervision, succession planning, DISC and Building Successful Teams.
